Video of a 2-year-old baby in Indonesia, who has been smoking up to 2 packs-a-day, has sparked controversy on the web and forced authorities to investigate the parents for child abuse. The boy’s father claims that his son is healthy and has recently completed a stint in rehab to kick the habit.
It would be funny (and I admit I did chuckle at the sight of it) if it were not so tragic. Of course, Jimmy Kimmel decided to weigh in on the controversy with some helpful advice.
