The infamous “Blue Dog,” by Cajun artist George Rodrigue, is both loved and loathed by many in the Crescent City, and beyond. Whether you like the childish image or not is irrelevant: only painting the same dog in thousands of situations is overkill. One New Orleans street artist must have thought the same. I snapped this picture on Camp St. in the Warehouse District, and it always lightens my mood. Enjoy:
