On last night’s The Daily Show, Jon Stewart really only had one segment to have fun with, because he had a grueling, 30-minute interview with Darth Maul, I mean Donald Rumsfeld, to get to. It was a great interview, and I highly recommend you head over to The Daily Show’s website to watch it in its entirety. It’s a thoughtful and thought-provoking interview, the kind that is sorely lacking in today’s commercial-driven, corporate-whoring media.
Speaking of corporate-whoring, Governor Scott Walker (R-WI) got pwned yesterday, an event that was not lost on Stewart.
“Still, Walker seemed straight forward, direct and genuine in his address on television last night. Less so when explaining his plan to a reporter for an alt-weekly, The Buffalo Beast, who called him up this morning pretending to be one of the Koch Brothers, or as you may refer to them, the right-wing Brothers Soros.”
Cue The Daily Show breakdown. He also took on the Beckinator. Wait. What did Beck just say?
