Two Florida men now face felony charges after they posted a video on Facebook showing the two beating a mentally-disabled homeless man. Indian River County Sheriff’s department says the two men offered the homeless man $20 if they could videotape one of them slapping him. Instead, the attacker hauls off and punches the man (whose hands are restrained) — knocking him unconscious.
Nicholas Marr and William Gregory have refused to talk to the press, but authorities say the charges were elevated to felonies after it was determined the homeless man was mentally-disabled. The two face aggravated abuse of a disabled adult.
In a strange twist of events, the homeless man in the video has now been arrested for disorderly conduct due to a drunken incident unrelated to this case.

I support the creation of Citizen Vigilance committees to find and punish people like this. The law will not do it effectively. These vermin should be executed.
