Just how disgusting is the head of Fox News? You won’t believe such a creature exists in the world of broadcast news. A new book titled “The Fox Effect” co-authored by Media Maters’ founder David Brock sheds some light on Ailes and the incredible bad influence Fox News has had on American society.
Fox hate mongers Judge Napolitano and Eric Bolling are very close to going the way of Glenn Beck. In a stunning move over the weekend, Fox Business Network cancelled it’s entire primetime lineup, including shows hosted by Napolitano and Bolling, mainly because the “business” channel had become a laughable (if it’s possible) imitation of Fox News. Media watchdogs have long complained that the level of partisan politics on FBN had completely eclipsed actual business reporting.
It took a while, but The Muppets are finally firing back at Fox News for that network’s absurd suggestion that their recent film brainwashed young children against the oil company, big business, and capitalism itself. In the video statement, Kermit responds to Fox’s Eric Boiling’s ridiculous assertion in a dignified manner, while Miss Piggy summarized Boiling’s claim as “almost as laughable as accusing Fox News of being news.”
In their minds, the constant onslaught of Christmas imagery, programming and commercials during the months of November and December is simply not good enough; the salutation of “Happy Holidays” is a slap in the face to their sweet Baby Jesus and an insult to their religion, because, according to them, it’s their world, we’re just living in it.

In a new video statement just released, the worldwide online collective announced will launch a multi-pronged attack, referred to as ‘Operation Fox Hunt’ on Saturday, November 5, against Fox News, Facebook, the big banks and the Mexican drug cartel. “Since they will not stop ridiculing the occupiers, we will simply shut them down…Fox News, your time has come . . . Herman Cain, the ex-pizza guy, who is now under scrutiny for a settlement that took place after allegations of sexual harassment during Cain’s tenure as a lobbyist for the restaurant industry. But Cain has argued that he never sexually harassed anyone or had to settle any sort of sexual harassment complaint – outside that one, pesky incident.

The shareholders meeting was not lost on the Occupy Wall Streeters, either, who showed up in droves to protest the media mogul, and who recognize that Murdoch’s American cable channel, Fox News, has been instrumental in the dissemination of disinformation that brought our country’s economy to its knees. Without exception, Fox News has done its level best to promote Wall Street malfeasance, and to cast the Occupy Wall Street protesters in a less than favorable light.
