One of the more destructive developments to come out of the industrial age is mankind’s ability to tinker with the delicate balance of nature. We’ve been like a bull in a china shop, charging in without taking into account the consequences of our actions. And with the rise of the energy conglomerates, and their lust for money, this disregard has never been on more prominent display.

I know studies have been conducted comparing the conservative brain to other brains. (In my mind, it was first necessary to establish that conservatives do indeed have brains.) Meet Darwin the monkey and his friend Alley-Cat. They are both under a year old and live at The Nile River Camp in Uganda. Darwin was abandoned by his mother at birth and raised by one of the conservationists at the camp. Since then, Darwin and Alley-Cat have become best friends.
