We Serve It, Even When It's Hard To Swallow
After last week’s disappointing season three debut, I was preparing myself for another rehash of previous storylines and eye-rolling. However, last night’s “I Am Unicorn” was an improvement (the margaritas helped), with some signature dramatic “Glee” moments, including breathtaking performances from Lea Michele and guest star Idina Menzel.
“Glee” returned last night with “The Purple Piano Project,” the premiere episode of it’s third season. Still a relatively young show, “Glee” has never strayed from the fact that it’s a music single-pushing machine (the show is now the musical act with the most Billboard Hot 100 entries, with 156 as of date). But what happens when the ideas – and the music – begin to reach an end?
