Julianne Escobedo Shepherd at AlterNet is reporting that several firefighters have descended on Madison’s M&I Bank and have withdrawn their accounts. The board members of that bank were among the highest contributors to Scott Walker’s campaign. On one particular day, the firefighters withdrew an estimated $192,000 and forced the bank to close early.
